Donna’s House
Donna’s House Central provides supervised visits and exchanges. The program is operated by Family and Child Treatment ( FACT ), and is co-located within the Family Mediation Center .
COPE
In all divorce cases involving children, both parties must take this class (unless waived by the Court) before divorce is granted.

Family Law Self Help Center
Provides education, information, legal forms, community referrals, and other support services to self-represented parties requiring assistance in matters involving family law.
Reporting Child Abuse
Contact the hotline to report physical, sexual, and/or emotional abuse.
Family Mediation Center
Run by Clark County’s Family Law Self-Help Center, a neutral third party will help parents establish a parenting agreement. Mediation will almost always be required by the court for parents filing for child custody.
